1951 Spartan “Imperial Mansion” –NO RESERVE AUCTION- Purchased from the original owner that used it for a cabin at a local lake, Under cover for most of its life. Exterior: skin in excellent condition. I Rubbed out an area with common Auto Polish as seen in picture, should be an easy Polish. With only a couple of blemishes / “beauty marks” to deal with. Note: Left side front curved window has a crack and rubber seals should be replaced. One window pane (kitchen) has a crack, The trailer was sitting on the original Armstrong tires with split rims , I since replaced all for wheels, 10ply tires, and all new bearings with bearing buddy caps. Easy towing with my pickup, I used a temporary tail light bar, Original LP tanks, (Propane system has not been altered or checked). Interior: All wood paneling is in excellent shape, with only one water stain around the heater vent, original appliances, “Dixie” gas range (not checked) and Frigidaire refrigerator (works great , cold) original kitchen stainless counter top and sink (plumbing not tested) the linoleum floors look good (original) indoor/ outdoor carpet loosely laid over top. All furniture stays (even fake kitty). Bathroom is an odd layout with a separate metal shower stall in excellent shape , even the exhaust fan works. All and All this Spartan is a “True Survivor” and is in Excellent condition given that it is 67 years old.
