1951 Royal Spartanette This is a total restore project. * Has a lot of the original pieces/cabinetry which is great if want to do a restore back to it"s original glory * Has original stove and fridge. They are all untested * Some glass will need replacing which can be bought at a local glass company or some hardware stores. All window frames are there * Floor is soft in a few places * Has bathroom with shower * Lot of potential. Restore back to original glory, restore to a tiny home, food truck, boutique, AirBNB. Lots of opportunities and a lot of space to work with
Exterior * Body Length 32" 10", 35" total * Has a few minor dents and dings on the front shown in photos * Will have new tires and rims and be ready to go * You will need to bring tow lights long enough, chain, ball, and a spare if you dont wanna chance. I can get you a spare cheaper than most chains. Just message me for more info * Doorbell is gone * Weighs 5300 lbs
