This Spartanette is 24′ in overall length and lists as approximately 3,680 pounds per original factory specs. The exterior of the trailer is in excellent condition with only one minor dent located behind the front-end TCT emblem. The exterior has also been professionally painted in a two tone silver color with window frames polished aluminum. Running gear is in great condition including the trailer brakes and the trailer tires (including the spare) were purchased new Spring 2019. Front hitch has a modern break-away system with battery as well as the factory original single propane tank in working condition. There has also had a $500+ Andersen Anti-sway/Weight Distribution system installed which is included with the trailer. Interior of the trailer retains the original floor plan with a front living room that includes a ‘click clack’ style sofa bed, and a small concealed flat screen TV. Center kitchen has hot/cold water with a small 6 gallon electric water heater, vintage stove/oven combo, and a modern electric only refrigerator. Rear private bedroom has two twin size beds as well as a street side entry door with wooden screen door. Trailer has custom TCT details in the closet venting screens as well as the large vinyl decal on the side of the trailer celebrating the 100th anniversary (2019) of the Tin Can Tourists, an international camping organization founded in 1919. This trailer belonged to a past TCT president and was used to promote / attended the official year long centennial anniversary events.
