Vehicle description
Spartan Royal Mansion trailer. This is a big project, but there aren"t many in this part of the country. Much of the original interior wood, cabinets, etc are still intact and can be restored or used as patterns.
Serial number is RM-2781 indicating mid to late 1950 build date. One of the last units made with round taillights.
Approximately 33" overall length and 31" body length.
Trailer spent about 30 years up on blocks but was recently made to roll again and towed to storage. Tires are fair, brakes will need to be repaired. (I have a set of good used brake assemblies to include with it).
Body has some dents and damage as shown. I have purchased 3 of the missing rub rain ends and those will be included.
Interior floors have some soft spots. Fortunately the roof didn"t leak over the years which helped to preserve the ceiling and framing. However several windows were broken which led to damage on the wall paneling.
The tongue has some rust damage that will need to be repaired, and the wiring plug is missing. It was strong enough to tow it to its current location but I wouldn"t trust it on the highway. We can do the repair in our shop if desired, or we can have it flatbedded to you within a reasonable distance.
No title but we will provide a bill of sale.
She will need a full restoration, or would make a great food truck/concession trailer, mobile office, etc
The Spartan is located in Amelia, Ohio, zip 45102. Near I-275 just east of Cincinnati. Inspections welcome.
Feel free to email any questions. We can supply additional photos on request. Thanks for looking!
