1950 Spartan Mansion 30" Travel Trailer, 33" with tongue, body intact and in good condition, front corner radius windows missing and replaced with sheet metal, living room windows factory replaced with casement-style windows (cracked panes), rear quarter-round windows intact and functional with cranks, both doors functional (one latch installed,the other uninstalled). Interior paneling mostly intact with some damage at ceiling near skylight, cabinets original and mostly intact with some damage to door fronts, appliances original functionality unknown, heater removed, floors are covered but seem solid, minor water damage around living room windows. Tows well. Tires OK. Located in Southeastern Arizona.
