Don"t much about this trailer. we aquired it with a land purchase over ten years ago. I"m guessing that it"s from the 1950"s. It needs work mostly on the inside.
Comes with the original refrigerator, stove and toilette. It"s missing the end of the tongue to tow it with, looks like a bolt-on assembly.
This trailer would make a good Tiny House project or an office-shop and sits on a minimum 32" frame with tandem axles.
Come and get it, i"ll give the buyer until 06/01/2018 to move it.
I don"t have the original title but aquiring one should not be an issue. Last registered was 1981 and has been sitting on this property ever since.
