Beautiful 1950 Spartanette trailer for sale. Even cooler than an airstream!
* *This trailer is currently being rented as a vacation rental. The trailer will be ready to move at the end of October after its last reservation. So understand that though you can visit it, the trailer can not leave our property until the end of October.
The trailer is in very good original condition with the exterior polished. Birch wood throughout. It comes as is- there are a few soft spots in the birch paneling near windows and one spot behind the futon that needs repaired. Small rip in dinette vinyl cushion. Original furnance works great. Floors are perfect with real oak floors throughout the trailer. Original propane cook top works great as does the vintage fridge.
No major dents in exterior of the trailer-a few dings.
The bathroom has a marine grinding toilet (you can google this) and the motor needs replacing (buyer responsible for replacing motor). Sink and shower work great with an electric hot water heater on demand.
Older model AC works great and blows cold.
This trailer can be lived in or used as a rental.
Queen sized bed in back.
Two televisions- one in bedroom and one in living area.
Pick up only- you can pick up yourself or hire a moving company.
