We are moving overseas so here it is !
Too many projects, I need to make some room !
This is a pretty nice Spartanette 24’ with most original interior that has been kept in good shape and some has been worked on. The outside skin is pretty good but has some scratch and scuffs.
The rear bottom side has been fixed before and if you look close you can see it but might not see it if not aware. It was polished last year. Not the roof since it has a coat of something to protect it from leaks. It hasn"t been washed since, so it can use a good cleaning !
-When you hook up main cable to shore plug, all the lights work. The fridge doesn’t make cold.
-No outside leaks
-New pex water lines. All faucets rubber seal have been changed, fixed and/or greased.
-Needs hot water heater of have this one fixed it is the original (has minor drop leaks when hooked up to city water)
-Polished last year
-New axle, rims and tires (couple of years, never used)
-New rear bed made like original mix aluminum and birchwood has 2 hydraulics to use under the bad as storage easy to open.
There still a few things that I wanted to finish on it but I just dont have the time ! Look at my other projects for sale I am putting everything I have just can"t work on them anymore !
