You are looking at a 25" 1949 Spartan Manor. This trailer was a project in its early stages so there are many items that are of value that come with this so please read on! :) This Manor has brand new front windows with gaskets still in the box value = 1,000.00 The existing windows have holes in the contributing to some of the water issues you"ll notice inside. The body is Very straight except for the light ding above the front windows and a couple little dings on the rub rails in places. Front door has a wrinkle too with missing handle. Rear door handle works but missing handle. So whats been done on this old bird is the axles have been completely gone through. Tail lights all fresh and brakes work very well. like I said it comes with brand new windows with the rubbers to be installed worth a grand. There is a roll of belly pan material in a roll under the trailer you can see with the metal round washers with screws to install (see pics) comes with a "working" A/C unit "previous owner said it worked" Comes with special air craft insulation as you can see in the pictures "boxes stacked up beside trailer all full of expensive insulation" Also comes with a mini porcelain RV Toilet. original 4 hubcaps,roof vent cap and a couple roof vent screens and crank handle,I HAVE SIDE SKIRTS FOR WHEEL WELLS! Comes with two holding tanks to install. I have Title and has Wa state license plate and registration. Screen doors are in good shape ready to be redone. Both front and rear entry steps in perfect shape. Large side windows not original I don"t believe but I have seen another like this where that frame had a split window in it possibly another special or from the factory. This is a special tandem two axle manor very rare special order tandem from the factor because most manors were single axles. weight is around 3300 lbs previous owner told me. All 4 marker lights present. Amazingly the front lower face has no dents. Jack works great! Has porch light. Electrical all seems to work but should be looked at I"m sure. floor shows signs of water damage around some edges but I didn"t feel any really soft moving areas ,mostly tile peeling up and surface vaneer lift. Has oil furnace (working?) Fridge light comes on but makes clicking noise as its trying to work not sure what"s going on but looks in beautiful GM brand condition. Has original stove. Stove is collapsing in a bit I think the brace under it is busted. One sliding pocket door style door leading into living room and a swinging door into the bedroom. Vanity with light in bedroom. The broken window in the rear has trashed the two panels with water but are there and good enough for templates. The rear panels were removed in order to wire in tail lights. Rear window is half broken but frame and screen all there. Window cranks "rear sides" roll down like a car window and working. This trailer is sold as is and is located in NW Washington state North of Seattle. Buy must leave a 500.00 paypal deposit upon winning the auction and pay in CASH only up pickup.
