This is a really savable 25" Spartan Manor vintage travel trailer. This is the Smallest that Spartan produced. I have an original style Propane or kerosene type heater that goes with it and also a very nice vintage white Gas cook stove as well. This is quite a straight trailer except for the drivers rear corner and some very small almost unnoticeable bumps on the rear top corners. The hitch has serious rust issues and I would replace it because it doesn"t stay latched too well and the curbside hub has 2 out of six studs. It will roll and onto the trailer you haul it away on. There"s two soft spots in the front corners and by the front door that I have noticed otherwise things feel solid. This has a very rare added shower and toilet. Tons of stuff in drawers like lights sceens and screen frames. Vintage tv included ;) Buyer is responsible for pickup. There"s so much to list so if I miss anything just ask. Item requires a 500.00 deposit and the rest paid in cash please when picked up. Wa. state Bill of sale only. This is located in Everson Washington about an hr and 45 min North of Seattle. If you are interested in making this towable this is an option and I have a guy who can fix the hitch and make it rd worthy.
