Vintage 1949 Spartan Mansion 98% original interior wood! 1949 registration included! New tub, toilet, hot water heater, sink faucet, plumbing, flooring and curtains! This is a very nice Spartan trailer, especially for being 68 years old. The floor is very solid, and the trailer has no leaks. All original cabinet doors and door hardware. The kitchen has a large 1950’s ice box, I believe the trailer originally had an electric refrigerator, but it could easily be changed back if desired. The sink in the kitchen includes an extended stainless counter to the wall for drying dishes. The stove/oven is not currently connected to propane but easily could be. There are many cabinets and drawers in the kitchen as well and a closet/pantry next to the ice box. The kitchen also includes under cabinet florescent lighting. The front of the trailer has a wide seating area as well as an area for a table and chairs. *The table in the picture is not included in the sale, however the chairs are. The bathroom has a brand new toilet and tub/shower complete with new plumbing that can connected to an exterior rv sewer hose. The rear bedroom has a full sized closet near the rear door and a full size bed. This floorplan has 2 doors, the rear door is missing the door handle and the front door does not have a key, although a new key and lock and be ordered online for the existing handle for around $30 online. The exterior brake/turn signal lights are newer style LED lights, however the original tail lights (with glass lenses are under the newer style lights and could be used again with a little restoration. What the trailer needs - new glass in the rear window (any local hardware store can cut glass) and a new jack for the hitch. It currently has very old tires and rims, however they do hold air and would be fine for a reasonable distance. I can include new tires and rims for an additional $350 if desired. Sold as is.
