| “This 1972 Triumph TR-6 has been with us since 2002. The firewall tag has the paint code as 72 (Pimento Red) and the trim code as 11 (black). When we purchased the car it was yellow (appears to be Mimosa) and the black interior was retained. The paint has held up nicely. The car was purchased with the newer bumpers installed as shown in the photos. We were attracted to the more contemporary look. The wood dash inlay is free of cracks but the driver’s seat has an open seam in the vinyl. The carpet and logo mats are in good shape. The weather stripping is fine and the chrome has the early starting of some pitting.Wheel trim rings have minor scuffing with all center caps intact. The tires have about 50% life left with no signs of dry rot. The black manual top is free of tears.” |

Vehicle description
The 5 digit odometer indicates 05,906 but the actual mileage is unknown. The speedometer and odometer have stopped working. The temp, oil, amp, tach and fuel gauges are all operational as is the horn. The wipers work but the washers do not. Head, tail, marker, license plate and hazard lights are all functional. The heater/ blower is working. The Pioneer AM/FM CD player is operational.
There is no rust on the rockers or door pillars and just some surface rust on the underside due to its prolonged storage. The ball joints, control arms, bushings, tie rod ends and rack boots were all recently replaced.
The 6 cylinder starts, runs, the 4 speed shifts and the brakes stop fine.
