Vehicle description
Vehicle Details Up for auction is a 1996 Jeep Cherokee Sport with 4x4. I initially bought this vehicle to build earlier this year, but we ended up buying a house, and now I have neither the time nor the money to make it what it can be. Being that this sale is online, I want to be as transparent as possible with everything, so please make sure to read the entire description and view all of the photos. The car is solid, and has good bones. As seen in the pictures, the car doesn't have much rust to be worried about. The rust pictures is the worst parts on the whole car, the front of the floorpan (drivers/passengers). Although the suspension has a bit of rust on it, the rockers appear in good shape. She runs, but if you rev the engine a bit and then lift off of the throttle, it bogs down a bit, before returning back to regular idle. It also drives, but has a death wobble starting at around 40 or so MPH. It also appear that the rear diff has been welded. The 4x4 has been tested, and works. Comes with a like-new spare tire. The gauges on the speedometer don't work properly, including the tachometer, and speedometer. They work, but go crazy from time to time, before returning to regular operation. The body of this jeep in in good shape, but has a few dings/dents (please view images for reference). By far, the highlight of this Jeep is the interior. Probably one of the cleanest interiors I've seen on these jeeps, and it hasn't even been detailed to its full potential. The rear seat feels like it has never been sat in, and both drivers and passengers seats are very comfortable. Door cards are also very very clean (especially for the miles). Please make sure that you have read the entire description if you are wanting to bid, and ensure that you understand what you are bidding for before you bid. Upfront deposit of $500 is required when you win the auction. Buyer is responsible for shipping, as I wouldn't recommend driving it, and you'll probably need to trailer it. Please contact me with any and all questions, and ill be more than happy to answer any and all of them! Happy bidding. Images Download the Motors app
