Vehicle Details This 1974 Triumph TR6 has been refurbished and modified since being acquired by the seller and his father in 2014. Power is supplied by a 2.6-liter inline-six fitted with a Web Cam camshaft, triple Stromberg carburetors, PerTronix electronic ignition, an oil cooler, Goodparts performance headers, and a Flowmaster exhaust system. A Toyota W55 five-speed manual transmission has also been installed, and additional equipment includes a limited-slip differential, 15″ VTO wheels, Wilwood disc brakes, a quick-ratio steering rack, Goodparts suspension components, and a body-colored removable hardtop. The car has been repainted red and fitted with custom bumpers, while the interior features black Corbeau seats, a roll bar, and an aftermarket sound system. This TR6 is now offered by the seller on behalf of his father with receipts from current ownership, a spare set of wheels, and a clean Arizona title. Seller notes all components are purchased new during the restoration, engine has 5000 miles since rebuild. The body reportedly received a single-stage repaint in its current shade of red following the installation of replacement fenders, rocker panels, and floor pans. The underbody was coated with spray-on bedliner, the floor was painted black, and mounting holes on the quarter panels have been filled. The front grille has been de-badged, and additional features include a front spoiler, custom DOM tubing bumpers, a removable hardtop, a soft top, and a polished fuel filler.Metallic gray-finished 15″ four-spoke VTO Lemans wheels are mounted with 215/60 Yokohama AVS ES100 tires. The brake system features a Wilwood big brake kit with drilled rotors, machined aluminum hats and hubs, a Wilwood master cylinder with a brake booster delete, a rear proportioning valve, and custom-fabricated brackets. The quick-ratio steering rack is equipped with aluminum mounts, and the suspension has been modified with Goodparts sway bars, springs, Nylatron bushings, adjustable rear trailing arm brackets, and a rear tube shock conversion. A spare set of 16″ VTO Classic 8 wheels will accompany the car.The cabin is upholstered in black and features leather Corbeau seats along with custom-fabricated door panels and a roll bar. Amenities include a defroster, a lockable glove box, a wood shift knob, a fire extinguisher, and a Retrosound stereo linked to a 12″ shallow subwoofer and relocated Rockford Fosgate speakers.A three-spoke steering wheel with a Triumph logo horn button sits ahead of AutoMeter instrumentation including a GPS-based 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and a digital odometer that shows 28 miles. Approximately 5k miles have been added since completion of the build, and total mileage is unknown. The inline-six was built and bored .030″ over by Mountain Valley Performance in Prescott Valley, AZ in 2011.
