Vehicle description

TIME CAPSULE!
Delivered New In Hartford Connecticut June 26th 1937 To The General Factors Corporation, 75 Purl St. Hartford By The Brown And Thomas Auto Company, Located In New Haven
A very unusual classic came my way when I least expected and I just couldn"t resist! She is beautiful!
I had to give her some love, and wake her up.
This Cadillac has been stored and not driven since the late 1960"s
Extremely Solid Wood and Sheet Metal
Original Leather Very Well Preserved with one seam stitching giving away on drivers side of seat. Top is factory and deteriorated as shown. Driver side front fender has very old repair/repaint as does the deck lid, otherwise mostly original paint.
I have done the following:
Totally went through the fuel system, tank, pump, carburetor,
Removed and cleaned the oil pan,
Brake system,
Ignition system,
Serviced The Starter,
Replaced the tires and tubes,
Installed a new group 4 battery,
Had radiator boiled out,
Replaced head pipe and muffler,
Pulled heads, replaced pistons and rings (ring were stuck from sitting).
Registered and Insured in Connecticut in my name. I have driven it locally including up to 200 mile days. After my spring and summer fling waking up this rare classic I need to get back to a long term project.
The next owner can choose where to take her next and have the pleasure of reintroducing her to the public!
As always selling as is, where is, it is what it is. You are the judge!
I reserve the right to end this auction at any time.
