1988 Jeep Cherokee Laredo for sale. Very low miles!
I bought this Cherokee last year with a little under 49k miles on it. It has just about 51k on it now. I am the second owner of the vehicle, it was owned by a gentlemen that lived in San Francisco so it is a California vehicle. I was able to find his contact information through some sleuthing so if you need further validation of the low mileage and ownership I can give you the information. You can also pull a car fax to validate.
It has a very rare color (Blatic Blue) that was only put on the Cherokees through 1990 (love the color), this is the original paint, the vehicle has not been repainted. It is the Laredo edition so it has quite a few options including Power Selector for the transmission, A/C, full gauge cluster, and the wing/vent windows. I had the A/C recharged last summer and it blows cold (have a video of it blowing 34-35 degrees). I also upgraded the donut spare that was in it to a full sized Michelin spare and found a matching tire cover on Ebay for it. This Jeep rides like new, I"m really torn about getting rid of it, but I bought another low mileage 91 Cherokee and running out of garage space. This vehicle stays in the garage. It has been on a few light off-road trails here in Colorado and it did amazing, 4 wheel drive works flawlessly.
I have videos of the Jeep starting and driving that I can send interested parties.
If the buyer happens to live in CO, I have a passing Emissions certificate for it. Passed with flying colors!
Since I have bought the vehicle I performed quite a bit of service as it had been used sparingly by the previous owner. I have a maintenance logs and receipts for work performed by mechanics (including):
- Complete coolant flush - New Water Pump - New Radiator - New Thermostat - New Coolant Expansion tank - Transmission service - New Fuel Pump - New Serpentine Belt
Cash is the best method, however for out of state buyers that cannot hand deliver cash I would be willing to accept Venmo payment. I can draft a bill of sale and send a copy of the title for the buyer and send the title via mail, once payment has been guaranteed. The buyer is responsible for shipping if out of state. I will deliver to interested parties that live a reasonable amount of distance to the Denver metro area.
