Passenger’s side pop-up headlight motor stopped working (lid won’t pop-up automatically); likely broken nylon gear; replace gear or motor. 3. Massachusetts has new air pollution rules which require that the exhaust system on this automobile be upgraded with an approved catalytic converter provided by an authorized installer. Owner had parts installed by a local service station, but Mass RMV says it needs to be replaced if vehicle will be registered in Massachusetts.
