Up for sale is a 1971 Datsun 240z project car, 6/71 production date. This car is in need of restoration and will require substantial rust work but it is a mostly complete and original starting point for someone looking to get into Zs at an affordable price. The car still retains its original numbers matching engine but the head has been changed to a later E88. The frame of the car is straight and shows no signs of accident damage although the lower frame near the floors will need repair, as seen in the pictures. Both floor pans will need to be replaced, we have reproduction floor pans available and other parts for an additional cost. The rear luggage area is very solid as well as the spare tire area. Overall this is a decent starting project for someone looking to get into early z cars at an affordable cost, and it is a car that has been mostly left original and untouched.
