Basics:- Motor swapped to a M54B30 - 3.0L with VF Engineering V2 supercharger. All work below completed while swapping. Less than 2000 Miles on everything (Invoices available). o Oil Pan, Oil Filter Housing, Rear Main Seal, VCG, Oil Dipstick O-Ring, Oil Level Sensor gasket, VANOS Oil Line all replaced & Intake Manifold Gasket, TB Gasket o New Coolant, Brake and Clutch Flushed, with New Oil and Filter. o New Drive Belt with Stock VF S/C Pulley (Have smaller pulley included as well). o Spark Plugs were also changed out. It has upgraded injectors. o NEW: Gates WP, Thermo-Stat, and Housing, Behr Fan Clutch o NEW OEM Clutch Kit NEW Fuel pump and Fuel Filter o E60 545i Shifter with all bushings. Selector Rod Gasket Installed as well. o Rebuilt Alternator, with new Power steering Pump included in sale (No need to swap, just have an extra) o Has Aftermarket headers with no Cats, exhaust is stock after that. Nice and quiet. o Aftermarket Catch Can o Has a New lower mileage ABS Module. Normal Operation Headers with no Catalytic converters, factory exhaust after headers.
Tune: Kassel Performance:• Dyno tuned with 292 WHP. • Secondary Air Pump Delete, Rear O2 Delete, EWS Aligned to this car by VIN
Body/Interior: o Gray interior mostly clean o AEM Boost Gauge, and AFR Gauge mounted on top of steering column o Style 32s 17x9 Square set up with Bridgestone RFTs (Great Tread left)o Spare wheel is a Style 81. o Cluster Recently Repaired with new Ribbon Cable Speakers could use an upgrade o Bike Rack included. o All windows, and sunroof work.o AC and Heat work. o Spares include an intake manifold, oil pan, coil packs, MAF sensors, Smaller Super charged Pulley for more boost. o Spare keys, and manuals included. Along with Original Window Sticker.
Cons o Rear Hatch door is a tad weak. o Front Bumper has a paint peeling on corner, rear bumper has a scratch, small dent on driver side rear quarter. See PICS o Rocker arm damaged by PO while trying to jack up the car. Spot has been sanded and painted with plastidip to keep from rusting. Less
