Vehicle Details This is one good looking car with a long rich story associated with its production. This is a Classic Roadster Marlene (Baron) 504K, 2 door, four seater, with about 560 miles on it. It is a “Kit Car” that was professionally completed. The “kit” was made in 1990 and the car finally completed in 2004 where it was titled and registered in Florida. The title is clean, 1 owner, and the vehicle is presently registered and insured. I have all the paperwork.The back story… I purchased the kit while I was an expat in Switzerland in the 1990’s. There I did the majority of body assembly, but then moved to Kansas. There and a couple of moves thereafter (Kansas, Iowa, Virginia, and Connecticut), the vehicle sat uncompleted in storage… it became pretty much a time capsule. When moving to Florida in 2004, I sent it to N. Carolina to a professional finisher, who did an awesome job.It sits on a purpose built frame and powered by a Mustang II V6 and automatic transmission. It is pretty much a new car. I only drove it a few times to car shows and out and about… then parked it in my air conditioned garage. There are three things that need to be done to make it ready to go; 1) New Battery; 2) Replace Thermostat; and 3) Front End Alignment. I have about $70k into this build (including multiple transport expenses), and am only letting her go for sad family reasons.
