If you are looking for most of the thrills of a classic E39 M5, but want way less maintenance, this is the car for you.
BMW 540i Msport car with full Dinan 5 upgrade.
The car has a DINAN High Flow Mass AirFlow Meter, DINAN High Flow Throttle Body, DINAN High Flow Intake Manifold, DINAN Cold Air Intake, DINAN Exhaust with muffler delete, DINAN Strut Tower Brace, DINAN Floor Mats, and DINAN Engine and Transmission software which also removes the top speed limiter. With these mods the car makes about 50 more hp and 60 more torque than stock. The transmission software also allows the car to hold gears longer in Auto and Sport mode.
Since 2018 and roughly 85k miles the car has had over $15,000 of maintenance and improvements installed. The cooling system has been refreshed, timing chain and guides done, major hoses replaced, several gaskets refreshed, etc. I have records that are available on request to potential buyers from the previous owner and myself. The car in no way looks like a 20 year old car. Though the paint is not 100% perfect it"s not far off. The interior looks nearly brand new, and has gotten several upgrades itself along with the headliner and pillars replaced, M5 style gauges, shadow wood trim pieces, and the installation of an Eonon Android head unit that looks like a truly OEM piece. The cars dash has no dead pixels at all.
The car has had several suspension parts replaced and upgraded and sits on ST coilovers. The wheels are Verde Reflexes, 18 by 8.5 fronts, and 18 by 9.5 rears. The tires have less than 5,000 miles on them. They are Falken Pro G4 A/Ss. Staggered set up, just like OEM, with 235/40s up front and 265/35s in the rear. A spare in the trunk is a brand new 235/40 Federal 959, and I have the matching set up to the Falkens as well that can go with the car. Rhino Rack roof rack also included.
The car has no leaks, and is completely up to date on any maintenance. I have receipts for everything done to the car from 2018 until present.
The car runs and drives amazingly. The past 13,000 miles on it have been mostly long interstate trips, and as good as it is as a GT car it also handles curvy back roads and canyons equally well.
