Vehicle description
Runs and shifts great, has plenty of power. It has a 4.4l V-8 engine, excellent brakes good tires. It has wide 275 35 18"s on the back, Bridgestone run flat I just put on. Wheels are in excellent shape. I had an alignment done when I got the tires. New $880 alternator just installed. I have all records since new. I have had the car since June 2018 I bought it from a guy in California. It has spent most of its life in a great climate, when not in use it has been in a garage. I had a water leak in back floor board. I spent over $500 getting that fixed Reggies auto in Noblesville did the work. There was a drainage tube from the sunroof that was disconnected. I have changed the oil every 5k miles with synthetic and have had zero problems with the engine or transmission, it shifts great, clutch is strong. Paint is amazing, I replaced the front grilles with black ones when I first got the car. Everything else works. The check engine light is on due to emissions sensor that needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the mechanic checked out the car when I got the water leak fixed and said it was strong. It handles like a new car, corners great. The 545i is the sport version, it sits lower has better handling and of course the v-8 with over 300hp makes it fun to drive. I will be adding more pictures later. On Jan-19-21 at 06:13:51 PST, seller added the following information: The tires are in excellent shape, only on the car a few months. On Jan-20-21 at 13:19:53 PST, seller added the following information: I have the 2 keys/fobs and the complete owners manual and the service records in a file that I will pass along to the new owner. The previous owner had all service done at the BMW dealer. It has the BMW rubber floormats with anchors. When you open the trunk, the trunk light stays on for 2 seconds and then goes off. Not sure why it does that. Last summer, the instrument cluster went completely black and the gages did not move. I took it out, 2 screws, sprayed wd-40 on the connections put it back in and it has worked perfectly ever since. I wish all repairs went that smoothly! A new BMW battery was installed right before I got the car. The sunroof has a one touch open and close feature as do all the windows which is nice. On Jan-24-21 at 07:20:58 PST, seller added the following information: There is no problem at all with the title. The car is paid off and the title is at the bank we will pick it up on this Monday. Someone messaged me and was asking about the title. I am taking the reserve off of the car now just fyi. On Jan-24-21 at 07:56:27 PST, seller added the following information: I have tried to lower the reserve price and it will not let me do it. I have been on a chat with ebay support and they say it is because of the bidders. So it is the bidders fault? I don"t understand it. When the auction is over I will just give an offer to the highest bidder, that is what they said to do. I have seen auctions lower their reserve on active auctions before, I have been on ebay over 10 years. Customer service sucks with all businesses nowadays. It is not like it used to be.
