This 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 paired with a 5-speed manual transaxle with all wheel steering and all-wheel drive system. The car remained with its original owner until 2012, with the years 2002-2012 in storage, and was acquired by this seller that same year. Service by this seller in 2012 included installation of a new timing belt, water pump, and fluids. This VR4 is offered with a Carfax report and a clean Indiana title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in original Monza Red and sports pop-up headlights as well as active aerodynamics including a rear spoiler and front air dam.
The car is equipped with electronically-controlled active suspension and 4-wheel steering and brand new tires made for the 3000GT. Power is sent to all four wheels via a 5-speed manual transaxle and viscous center differential. The car has a dual-mode exhaust system.
The cabin features grey upholstery with matching plastics and carpets. The car is equipped with active aero controls, and cassette player. Factory instrumentation includes a 180 mph speedometer and a 6-digit mechanical odometer showing approximately 144k miles.
