RARE 1 Owner Low Mile 260Z in super nice RUST FREE Unmolested Condition! This Original California 260 had a single owner since new. . a repair shop owner. The car has remained in Southern Cal and is 100% rust free. . super straight and clean underneath retaining most of its original undercoating. It was in long term storage until I acquired it recently through a broker. Miles are correct at 98K. . It is unmolested and mostly original except for a few minor enhancements. I just spent $5K to bring it out of storage and back to reliable daily driver status. . Runs and drives amazing. It retains its unmodified matching numbers drivetrain, body panels, and factory interior. Also retains the majority of its factory ware parts. Super straight and clean. It is an excellent runner/driver. . Rare factory AC. This little Z would be an awesome weekend cruiser, daily driver, or addition to any collection.
The body is completely rust / collision free and straight. Frame, floors, and chassis are totally solid. . underside is super straight and retains most of its factory undercoating. . Older re paint is very good driver quality. . it presents well with a nice patina.
The interior is clean. . panels, carpet, and trim all look great. . seats have tears. . Dash has a few cracks but no warping. . I have a full face cover for it. Gauges, lights, and electronics all work properly INCLUDING the clock! Cassete deck still works great as does the power antenna, warning lights, buzzers, etc. Has an aftermarket alarm.
Original L26 motor starts idles and runs fantastic. . has great power and sounds good. . I just replaced the original Flat top carbs with rebuilt round top SU"s. . Flat carbs included. 4 speed T rans shifts smooth and strong through the gears! Suspension feels tight and provides excellent ride and alll new brakes stop straight and sure. Strong, powerful, and reliable. . freshly serviced and tuned. . ready to roll. . definite daily driver capable.
Overall this is a nice rare Z in great original condition all around. I am a Z collector. This one makes a great investment and/or Awesome Weekend Cruiser, daily driver, or whatever you like. Great for any enthusiast, collector, or anyone looking for a cool and unique Vintage sports car at a great price.
