History: This car was purchased from a friends family in plantation, Fl in Sept 2016 a year after the previous owner passed away. The previous owner imported it to Florida over 10 years ago (video of the car in Florida available from 2009). However, It was never registered in the state of Florida until I purchased it in 2016. The car has a clear Florida title. It has been garage kept in the state of Florida for over 10 years (4 of those years under my ownership) the previous owner was a GTR/Nismo addict who owned this R32 GTR, an R33 Vspec II and a modified R35 GTR as well. (The R33 is now owned by Superior Auto Design located in Pompano Beach, Fl).
Interior is 9/10 and exterior is 8/10 with both only showing very minor wear for a 28 year old car. The engine was completely overhauled and built with some of the best components available for these cars just last year and has only 1000 miles on the rebuild. I have lots of photo and video documentation of the build process and from owning the car over the last 4 years - as well as over $15K in receipts from the build.

Engine built by Total Engine Concepts in West Palm, Fl who are the premier engine builders in the South East region, motor was built on 7/19/2019 and included:
Disassemble and inspect short block Bore/hone block .020 over Deck block Align hone block w/ arp main studs Balance crankshaft Final wash block for assembly Blue print/assemble short block Disassemble/clean/inspect cylinder head Replace valve guides and hone to size Resurface head Competition valve job 24v Lash valves Final wash head and assemble 
Motor installed and Tuned by HP Logic in West Palm,FL
Current Power is 515 HP (E85 tune) on a conservative break-in tune to ensure good drive ability and to break in the new motor properly. It is very fast and a lot of fun at this power, but definitely capable of handling more should you want to turn it up. My original plans were to push these turbos to around 625hp and then move to a big single turbo, to end up around 700hp+ which the motor is built for.

The car has been well maintained between two of the best GTR tuning shops in South Florida with an open checkbook. I have over 15k in parts and labor receipts included. I have never taken this car to the track in 4 years of owning it, it’s been strictly street driven.
This car has been a labor of love the last 4 years and has many hard to find parts on it. It truly is Godzilla on the streets and is an amazing experience to own and drive a GTR with this much power and raw performance. The reactions I get driving this car are unbelievable, people lose their minds. The best way I can describe it is like hanging out with a celebrity that everybody knows.
