Vehicle description
We are selling our 2015 F-250 Platinum edition in one of the most desirable color combinations. The Platinum edition was Ford"s top of the line trim package at the time, roughly a $1,750 increase over the King Ranch edition. It comes loaded with heated and cooled front seats, power everything, including the pedals, chrome side steps, remote start, navigation, tailgate step, dual batteries, trailer brake, exhaust brake, auto dual climate control, towing package, adjustable towing mirrors, rear back up camera with sensors, power rear glass, heated steering wheel, etc. Adult owned and maintained, we are the original owners, synthetic oil changes only. It has never had any paint or body work done to it, it"s never been smoked in, it"s never been off-road. The truck currently has just over 113k miles on it.
The exterior is in great shape, there are two extremely small door dings that are difficult to even see and one small scuff on the front bumper, no scratches. The truck was recently detailed so it"s clean and ready to go. The paint shines like new. The interior is clean, no rips/tears/stains in the leather or carpet. Minimal wear on the bolster of the drivers seat. Zero curb rash on any of the wheels. Within the last 3,000 miles we replaced the two batteries with Optima Red Top AGM batteries ($575).
The truck does not have a sunroof, we custom ordered it specifically without a sunroof and without the roof clearance lights as both are prone to leaking. We have owned a number of Ford trucks over the years and the sunroofs leaked in everyone, the sunroof drains get plugged by debris and water gets in the cab, they are well known for doing so, just google both to read about it.
There are numerous upgrades (9K+) that have been done to the truck, all while keeping the stock appearance.
SCT Tuner with DEF delete, does not require diesel exhaust fluid, sounds wicked, truck gets over 17 miles per gallon in the city and just under 22 miles per gallon on the highway.
