I bought this truck for my granddaughter from an individual in California in 2013. The truck was built in San Jose California and has spent all of it"s prior life in California. Truck has always been garaged since I"ve owned it and is a solid rust free truck. No bondo anywhere. In process of restoration. Some of the work done on truck: New custom wheels, tires, front disc brakes, wheel bearings, master cylinder, brake lines, shocks, dual exhaust, added power steering, distributor, timing sprockets and chain, exhaust and intake manifold gaskets, head gaskets, lifters, water pump, radiator, fuel pump, rebuilt carburetor, new distributor, alternator, regulator, points, plugs, wires. Good oil pressure, compression, vacuum and does not smoke. Transmission shifts well. Rear main oil seal leak and speedometer does not work.
Truck starts and runs but motor runs rough on acceleration. Suspect the carburetor was not rebuilt correctly and will need work or replaced. Truck to be trailered or shipped if purchased.
