Selling my 2014 ice metallic silver WRX hatchback with over $20,000 invested in aftermarket modifications. Garage kept for 80% of its life.

Closed deck short block was built by IAG; long block build and engine installation performed by AWD Tuning. All tuning performed by Keith Fields at AWD Tuning. Approximately 13,000 miles on new engine. Only Amsoil 10w40 has been in new engine; changed at AWD Tuning every 3k miles. Transmission fluid and clutch were also replaced about 13,000 miles ago. Currently 330whp/379wtq on E85 and is also tuned for 93oct. All work on life of car performed by AWD Tuning, Cobb Plano, and Subaru of McKinney. Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires installed approximately 13,000 miles ago.
I bought the car brand new (I have been the only owner) and have all the paperwork associated with it. The interior is very clean. Exterior has normal wear. I have the majority of the old parts (including entire exhaust) which will come with the car.
Tons of engine modifications including forged internals and a closed deck block. This engine is ready to make more power with a bigger turbo. If you would like additional information on the engine build please shoot me a message.

Whiteline front 24mm, rear 22mm, endlinks
JPM Coachworks leather shift boot & brake boot
Cobb shift knob
Kartboy short shift kit
This car will provide many smiles per gallon. Car is mechanically sound and runs great. Don"t want to sell it but trying to save up for a house.
