About this vehicle I"m the 2nd owner of this car and have owned it for 3 years and mainly use it for pleasure. Adult owned - I’m in my 50’s and the original owner was in his 30’s. It has been conservatively modified to boost performance while maintaining drivability and dependability. The original owner made the majority of the updates to the engine, exterior, and interior. All engine work was done by a dealer or APM Tuning. I upgraded it to the Pioneer receiver, backup camera and Dash Cams. I have the clean title in hand. I am the 2 nd owner and bought it from the original owner. The car has 68,627 miles and will go up slightly as I drive it. Adult owned since new, the car has been driven, maintained, and modified judiciously. Clean Carfax, garaged, title in-hand. Dealer or APM Tuning installed all mods. 30,000 and 60,000 service completed. Car is well maintained and in impeccable condition. Airbag was replaced by dealer as per the recall. Exterior has extensive clear bra coverage of the hood, fenders, and mirrors to ensure added protection and minimal nicks in the paint. It has a tiny ding on the driver door, a scrape on the lower left side of the front spoiler, some chipping on fender above wheel/under the clear bra, and a small scrape/dent on left rear quarter panel from a parking lot hit and run; see photos. Factory roof rack is included. Interior is in excellent condition, never smoked in, pet-free. Pioneer AVH-4200NEX receiver with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, auto-on backup camera, BT, DVD, and Navigation; latest firmware updates installed. Front and rear dash cams. Hardwired for a Valentine1 radar detector (detector NOT included). Carpeted and WeatherTech floor mats, rear cargo area rubber mat. The car has been conservatively upgraded to Stage 2 with top quality performance products. The added AOS, fuel pump, and oil pickup has omitted any concerns with the dreaded ring land failure. The APM tune is very smooth throughout the power band and the added fuel-mod fixed the stumble at low RPM. 2 sets of wheels and tires. The OEM rims have Michelin Pilot Sport AS3+ tires with 6/32” (out of 10/32”) of tread left. There is some curb rash on the rims which I’ve tried to show in the photos. The winter tires are studded Nokian Hakkapeliitta 9’s; one is new due to a nail penetrating too close to the sidewall to be repaired, the other 3 have less than 1,000 miles on them. This is a great car with all of the sought-after additions to make this STI stay strong and look its best for a long time. Upgrades total over $9,000.
