PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING.
2011 LR4 Base that needs some work. Super cool looking truck with a lot of custom touches, but has a coolant leak as well as an alternator issue that need addressing. I bought it with the intention of fixing it up, but no longer have time to invest in it.
The truck starts and runs, but throws a couple codes (charging system error, coolant level low, key battery low). The alternator was replaced by the previous owner, but he said the adapter plug was broken during install and therefore replacing it with an OEM cable would fix it. I did not verify this, so it may need a new alternator or a rebuild at a minimum.
As for the coolant leak, my mechanic told me the coolant manifold is melted and leaking badly. The truck starts and runs, but system will not hold coolant. I don"t have time to dig into this further, so my loss is your gain.
The exterior is in very good condition, as you can see in the pictures. The interior is very clean as well. The engine only has 96K on it and the previous owner said he drove it cross country a couple times and used as a daily driver until the coolant leak started and the alternator went. The tires look pretty new and the battery is brand new. The truck appears to have a slight lift, as it"s higher in standard height than my other LR4. Wheels are 20 inch and have been dipped black.
The truck will have to be picked up or shipped, as I don"t believe you should drive it in its current state. Locals are welcome to come and take a look at it - I am storing it in my heated work garage in Minneapolis, MN.

I am doing my best to disclose what I know and have learned about the truck, but I am not a mechanic, just a Rover enthusiast with too many vehicles.
