| “This WRX is in excellent shape and has been maintained by Subaru dealers. Always garaged. Adult driven. Totally unmolested stock condition with no modifications or abuse. Auto check and Car Fax (included) show no accidents and no title issues. It’s first years were in Tampa Florida. It was originally purchased by a Doctor in Tampa Florida in 2008. We purchased it from the original owner in 2010 and are the only other owners. The only reason we have this for sale is a Job Relocation to Downtown Chicago where we no longer have a need or room for a second car. A new clutch pedal, and complete clutch along with the timing belt and drive belts and battery was installed at 101,856 miles. The recommended replacement interval for the Timing Belt is 105,000 miles. History; The engine was replaced with a new engine by Subura at 27,225 under warranty. We purchased it from the original owner in July 2010 with 31,000 miles. No repairs, damage or concerns have been incurred. Condition; Excellent well maintained, adult driven, unmodified, stock condition. No check engine or other warning lights. No required maintenance. No outstanding recalls. Everything works as it should. The winter tires have approximately 70% tread remaining as do the extra set of summer performance tires and rims.
