This car has been well maintained and has had the following work done in the recent past:
• Dec ’17 Clear coat was refreshed on the roof and side mirror – paint looks great
• Mar ’18 rear link pins replaced
• May ’18 air conditioner compressor replaced
• Sep ’18 new front struts and Bilstein rear shocks + 4 wheel alignment
• Nov ’18 4 new Pirelli Cinturato Strada tires (@ 121,505 miles)
• Nov ’18 both front headlight assemblies and wiring harnesses replaced
• Jan ’19 windshield washer fluid pump replaced
• Feb ’19 new key (two are provided for the car)
• May ’19 new radiator hoses and thermostat
• June ’19 timing belt, tensioner, water pump, right engine mount, cabin filter
• Regular oil changes with synthetic
This car has been used as regular commuter for work. The maintenance performed is not meant to scare anyone off-just to inform you of what you won’t need to worry about after purchase. What you will need to worry about is the leaky head gasket. That just happened recently. It ran beautifully until that issue developed, and the engine still runs great, but temps up and down – it has touched max line and then recovered to normal immediately. It has not been driven in an over temp condition. It has not been driven since.
This is a great father / daughter project (not to be sexist, maybe a mother / son project). The car looks great inside and out. Replace the head gasket and it will be a wonderful first car or a daily commuter. It has simple features, and will continue to be great for years to come.
Price is negotiable. Look at others for sale and my listed price is fair if it did not have the mechanical issue. Since it does, I will come down. Make a reasonable offer.
