Freshly built Head/Motor, Garret Big Turbo Build. $14k OBO
This is a 2008 Volvo C30 2.0. The 2.0 is essentially an R-design but they didn’t call them that until 2009. The only difference between this car and the R-Design is this one has paint matched mirrors instead of satin Chrome. This car has an engine swap from a same year S40.
The new motor head was rebuilt by EPR Motorsports (Very experienced in Volvo builds) in Pleasant Grove Utah. The turbo, manifold etc was all installed at the same time, as well as shims in-between the cylinders to greatly strengthen the block for higher boost applications. Tuning was done by Robert Hilton of Hilton Tuning and is solid. The tuning software, rights, laptop, Dice, Vida, etc will all be transferred to the buyer. Everything runs great on the car, shifts smooth, pulls hard, sounds great. There is a small oil drip that I haven’t had time to hunt down but my guess is most likely the turbo drain needs to be tightened or a new seal, nothing crazy. The gauges in it are from a different car and the screen works perfectly. I didn’t pay volvo to update the mileage, the gauges show 25,247 miles less than the old cluster. Actual mileage on the car is 102,745. Less than 500 miles have been put on the car since the build. Both Side’s door speakers have been upgraded to the Rockford Fosgate 3 way speakers. The rear speakers are still OEM, as is the center and tweeters around the car. Wired and ready for a sub.

Actual HP/TQ is unkown, it hasn"t been on a dyno since the build. Turbo is capable of over 600+ HP; with Meth kit installed and boost turned up I estimate the power could easily hit 600.
