2008 Subaru Impreza WRX Hatchback Premium

The Good: This is the coveted Impreza WRX Hatchback! Low Miles! Daily Driver! This car is loaded with options and has been well maintained. I have owned this car for the last 6 years. I have driven it minimally, only putting on about 45000 miles since I purchased the vehicle. This car is from the South originally and never saw snow until I had it. I have used mobil 1 fully synthetic oil and filters for every oil change. I have put on 4 new rotors (about 18 months ago) and 4 nice ceramic brake pads with lifetime warranties. Other than that the only thing I have ever had to replace is the front ball joints. Put new tires on it in March, they are nice tires I did not go cheap. Also have 6 month old Weathertech Floormats in the front and back of the car. They are awesome, so easy to clean, so comfy, and they look awesome.
This car has GPS/Navigation. That same unit has a built in DVD player as well. The unit actually reads a map DVD to utilize the GPS, it"s really cool. There is no monthly charge or any of that garbage for the Navigation, it just works. It is great to have. This was a top of the line unit when this car was new, and it still works great today.
You just do not see WRXs out there that aren"t beat up like this, with such low miles for the year. If you search the internet you honestly wont find (m)any like it, because there aren"t a ton of hatches out there with the GPS/DVD system and cold weather packages. When you see them they are hideous and red. It is ready to be daily driven as soon as you get it. I would not hesitate to drive this car across the country right now.
This car is almost totally stock. The only thing that I know of that is not stock is a K&N Air filter that the previous owner put on the car. As far as I know everything else is stock. Again, absolutely NOT raced, launched, or beat up in any way. this car is in meticulous and perfect mechanical condition.
The Bad: There are a handful of small issues, but nothing out of the ordinary for the age of the car. This is not a new car, this is a used car. It has a few dings here and there. There are some tiny little specs of rust on the back of the car above the silver plate that runs across the back of the hatch. There are a few other specs like that throughout the car, again. this is due to the age of the vehicle. I have a small vile of OEM paint and clear coat that i have used to stop the spread of those specs, it works great. can only be seen up close. and has absolutely stopped the spread. Again, this is only something you are gonna notice up close. From 6 feet away you aren"t gonna see any of this.
There are a few small dents on the roof of the car. No idea what fell on the car to make it happen. I forget they are there because they are so minor, but they are there and I want to be transparent. Only 2 out of the 3 window wiper speeds work, the middle one never has and it never bothered me enough to change it. Sometimes the driver cant put up the passenger window. The rims are decent but they had some curb rash when I got the car and I never got new wheels. They don"t bother me, but they might bother you. They are not A+ rims, they are B- rims, But they are stock 17s and I think they are awesome, they look like they do in the pictures. The Seats are not mint and could use a scrub, but nothing a good cleaning won"t take care of.
How I would rate the car: Engine: A+ Transmission: A+ Interior: B Body: C+ Rims: B- Tires: A-
In Conclusion: I just want to add that this was my second WRX and I loved every day that I had in this car. I am selling this car to spend $25K on a newer WRX. Once you have had a AWD, Manual Transmission, Turbo Powered Vehicle. you can"t go back. This car is awesome. It is fun, reliable, cool looking, amazing in the snow. All my friends have been jealous of this thing for the last 6 years. I like this car better than my 2004 wrx that I had before it, because this car has literally given me NO issues. It has been great to me.
You are paying a premium for this car because: It is loaded with options that similar WRXs don"t have; This car has very low miles for how old it is. You just do not see WRXs out there under $15,000 with less than 100,000 miles
