Vehicle description
I bought this 2008 dealer demo “new” in February 2009 with 5,000 miles. It has in dash navigation, seat heaters and the premium package. All routine oil changes and maintenance was done, most of it at the same dealership. I have the receipts. I finished the stage II conversion in 2011. The car has a Cobb Accessport and was protuned by Chris at EFI Logics, making 240 whp and 291 ft lb. It also has
Whiteline sway bars, 25mm front and 22mm rear.
Kartboy front and rear links
09 front top hats
Whiteline front upper strut bar and lower brace.
Kartboy short shift kit
Exedy OEM clutch (NEW)
Cobb SS catted turbo back
Cobb cold air
Cobb heat shield
Cobb Accessport, protuned
KYB GR2 with 2010 springs I’d intended to keep the car for at least another two years and this year replaced the following: control arm bushings, front ball joints, Mishimoto radiator , Exedy OEM clutch, Cobb air filter, blizzaks on the steelies (5/32 remaining,) front endlinks and bushings as I sorted out a noise coming from the front end (which turned out to be the ball joints.) Last year put new Yokahama S-Drives (8/32 remaining) on the Motegi rims.
Interior is in good condition for age. Exterior good condition but has the scratches and chips you"d imagine. See pictures The bad - The transmission has started to resist the 4th to 3rd down shift. I took it to EFI and they tightened up the linkage and the issue is less pronounced but they suggest replacing the transmission in the near future. Power steering also whines occasional but works fine.
Also have original muffler and air box. New plugs installed this year and have a spare cobb air filter. I’ve since bought another car but didn’t trade this one in because of the high mileage. Besides, I’ve had this car for eight years and have put a lot of time and effort into it and would like to see it go to a good home. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
