“Car Condition: Scratches on the hood from ice scraper, light scratches but noticeable. Under the hood there is a small piece of metal that had to be cut out to safely fit the FMIC piping. Front Left and Right wheel wheels have had wheel rub and created a small hole on each side of the wheel well plastic. The wheels only rubbed because it was during the FMIC and the bumper was off and even though I tired wire to keep it away from the tire, at speed it still warped and touched the tire. Once the bumper was back on no further rubbing.” |

This is not in any particular order
I upgraded the parts as per recommendations of Forums It is currently Running a 91 Stage 3 OTC tune by Cobb Tuning Custom tuning would give it even more power but as of yet I haven"t done that. This is my daily driver that I had as my project car. It"s a fantastic car, very well balanced and easy to drive hard. There is noticeable torque steer but that’s what you get for FWD and the added power however it"s certainly manageable with just one hand on the wheel. The Upgrades were done in a careful order and the tunes were adjusted to best fit the current modifications at that time. With the Accessport V3 You are able to monitor many different inputs from the ECU. Reflash is a breeze. I"ve also ran it with 93 at times using an octane booster and things were fine. It"s honestly a pain having to deal with the octane boosters when filling up and I don"t really notice that much of a difference. Unless your using it on a track or some timed event just save yourself the trouble. Speaking of that, I have NEVER used it on the track. However it does get used for spirited Driving on occasion, what else is the point in having a fast car. It always gets warmed up and cooled down to keep wear at a minimum and it runs on full synthetic. The car was about 137k when I got it stock. Clutch is Excellent ( I drove another mazdaspeed3 and my clutch was better) Boost PSI hits 21 as Max Target is 18.5 PSI I can send data logging reports if wanted Ask me any additional questions and I"ll get back to you as soon as I can.
