Vehicle description
Bought from a mechanic about 3 years ago, for my daughter. Since that time, I"ve put almost 7,000 dollars in to the car.
To date, it"s had: A completely rebuilt, new transmision, new battery, wheel bearings replaced, high pressure line replaced, speed sensor replaced, front brakes replaced, and a host of other things. This car needs to go to a true SAAB enthusiast who has the patience and time to put in to it. It"s in pretty good shape, has a small blemish to the front left drivers side, which just needs to be pulled out a little bit from a bump into a mailbox post. I do not have the time, patience, knowledge or money to continue sinking in to this car- as my daughter has to travel to and from college out of town to Palm Coast frequently. I am over it, and I just want it out of our driveway at this point!
196, xxx miles This car was almost $40,000 dollars when new, and could have another 100 k miles left in it with the right care, repair, & upkeep. The car is fast, and I loved it when I had the drive to invest in it.
Xenon headlights Onstar Leather seats in decent shape 8 way power seats Heated seats Heated mirrors Xm satellite capable Top is not ripped or torn, retracts fine without issue, but needs to be retracted with key- as the dash switch needs to be replaced Needs new OEM key, but key still works until it"s replaced.
Car will need some investing such as a repair to the drivers side window (Not sure what the issue is-it will go up and down, but only when it feels like it) , will need front brake pads within a month or so, power steering pump needs to be replaced -and I already have the part in the trunk ready to go). It"s making another new noise, sounds like a belt or something as well) AC works great- (has dual climate zone) Heat works fine
I This car could be great for someone who has the patience to put some effort in to it. This car is not perfect, so do not expect such, but certainly worth the immediate asking price.
