Vehicle description
My Grandparents bought this Corolla brand new at their local Long Island Toyota dealership in 2006, when he was 80 years old and she was 81. My Grandfather had significant health problems that prevented him from driving, so my Grandmother was pretty much the only person to drive this car. I *could* tell you that she only drove them to Church on Sundays. They *did* drive it to Church every Sunday, but they also drove it to all their numerous doctors" appointments all over Long Island. The rest of the time, it lived in their attached/warm garage. It was always maintained/serviced at the same dealership where it was purchased. We will try to locate service records, but if they cannot be found in the house, I"m sure the dealership will provide a full maintenance/service history for the asking. The only thing preventing this car from being like new are the few dings, scuffs, and lost hubcaps consistent with use by the elderly. I believe that she may have had a bumper or fender fixed/painted over the years from bumping into things; I know my Uncle grew tired of buying replacement wheel covers! Grandpa passed away in 2012, and unfortunately, Grandma just passed away at the end of February. Their house and the contents of their house - including their beloved lovely Corolla - are now being sold to settle their estate. The title was signed and dated by Grandma before she passed, so it"s "open" and ready for a new owner. I am listing the car for sale on their behalf as executor of their will to settle their estate. I took the car out of the garage in March to take these photos of it and drive it around the block. It starts right up and has no known problems.
