Vehicle description
2002 Toyota Corolla S
5 Speed Manual
239xxx miles
The Good:
Strong engine, runs well
Interior and exterior in decent shape
Transmission shifts smoothly
Good breaks
A/C blows cold, heat blows hot
Speakers and radio work well
Virtually rust free
Paint and body 9/10
Interior 9/10
Comes with 3 free oil changes and discount coupons from Honest 1 Auto care
Tires ~60%
Comes with spare temporary tire plus jack and wheel wrench
Clean title in hand
Zone A downtown parking permit valid until Jan/19
Tags good until 5/19
The Not So Good:
Loose tie rod on front passenger side ($120 parts, $200 labor)
Check engine light on, needs O2 Sensor replaced (~$200 parts and labor)
Passenger side indoor door handle needs replaced (~$20)
Missing inner trunk lining (~$20)
Slow oil leak (I top off once a week with synthetic)
Slow power steering fluid leak (also top off once a week)
Other small things that are purely cosmetic that comes with age (small scrapes, loose compartments etc)
This car will continue to run just fine without the repairs but it will be much happier with at least the tie rod replaced (for suspension and tire wear). It averages about 25mpg, it could be 30 with O2 sensor replaced. If I have time I will fix them but then price will go up as well.
Key words: car, economic, mpg, honda, coupe, crypto, camp, 4 door, truck, trailor
