Cutting to the chase: the motor is locked up and it will need to be replaced. However, the clutch and flywheel are brand new. The car has been sitting unused for 2 years. The battery is dead. I jumped the car to push it and unlock the steering lock and the car was "awake" with all the electronics apparently working.
The car was a perfectly running car before the engine seized.
