. Up for sale is a 2004 Saab 9-3 Aero Turbo Convertible. It has all of the usual options and features you can see in the pictures. This 2 owner car was my neighbors that she bought in 2008 from the local dealer. Now the car needs a bit of work to be back on the road. First the good- the car runs and drives very good with a nice running engine she had no problems with. The top is very nice and works. The glass and windshield is good. The tires are good. The interior is pretty clean from 1 adult driver with only a little wear on edges of driver seat. The body only 1 little spot of rust near the convertible top cover as pictured, the rest of the body is very solid including the rockers , floors etc. The body does have A LOT of acorn dents on hood and trunk from an Oak tree she parked under. And the front spoiler is damaged from her driving into parking curbs at work. The front struts are newer. Overall a very solid car that looks nice. Now the BAD- the car has sat for 10 months after she bought another car so I see the gas tank leaks from the top and drips on the exhaust pipe, probably at the fuel pump fittings? The brake pads and rotors need replacing from sitting, still stops ok. The heater blower motor is noisy with a bad bearing. the headlights need polishing as you can see. There is a problem with the radio, Horrible sound and the radio dash lights stay on all of the time and will kill the battery quickly.- For full disclosure- there were mice under the hood so I do not know if they ate a wire and killed the radio or what happened but I did not find any damage . I have not spent a lot of time on it.The car DOES NOT come with a battery unless I can find a used one for it. - -TERMS- SOLD AS IS- No Guarantee – I must be paid within 10 days, if you cant do this DO NOT BID.
