Dont let the miles fool you! 2004 Nissan Xterra. Condition is "Used". I purchased this vehicle about a year ago to use as a commuter car. I have put 20k miles on it in the last year. With Covid, Im not driving as much and no longer need the car.
The man who I acquired this form was a retired Navy Chief and handed me a file of meticulous maintenance notes, which I still have. I am more than happy to send pictured of those as well. Since I have had it, I flushed all the fluids, changed the front brakes and have maintained oil changes at every 3k miles just in case! I have only ever run 91 octane gas in it (not that it needs it, but I wanted to "baby" her!
Make a great car for the beach! The Paint is original and immaculate. Everything on the vehicle is functional EXEPT the rear window washer. We dont get crazy rain here in SoCal so I never bothered to have it fixed.
