Hi everyone! Please take a couple of minutes and read this entire posting as it answers some common questions and gives pertinent information about the vehicle. First things first, I am selling my 2004 Nissan Xterra. This car has always been my baby and in a perfect world, I would not be selling it. However, I am moving across the country for work and will not need the vehicle where I am moving. This is a rare one. It is the XE trim with factory leather and heated seats. The car currently has 140,XXX miles on it and will go up slightly as I am still driving the car around town. I have owned it since 2012 and I am the 4th owner. I have taken this vehicle all over the country and it has never left me stranded. This vehicle comes with the original manual as well as BOTH factory keys and key fobs. Here is a list of the recent service/repair items done to it (within last year ONLY): New: AC compressor Water Pump Radiator MAF sensor Headliner (+ sun visors) Windshield Thermal control amplifier Upper ball joints I have documentation for all of the above that comes with the car. Many more service items have been done to the car over the past 6 years of owning it, and all documentation and service records come with the vehicle. The vehicle is up to date on all Nissan recommended service items. Anything this vehicle has needed or had evidence of needing has been fixed or repaired. This vehicle needs absolutely NOTHING done to it and runs, shifts and drives perfectly fine. A couple of side notes: Please, don’t waste your time with low-ball offers. I am not in a rush to sell this vehicle, nor will it be sold for a low-ball price. Low ballers will be ignored. I must sense you are genuinely interested in the vehicle before I allow you to take a test drive. Due to insurance purposes, I must be present during a test drive.
