Vehicle description
I did not want to sell this one EVER. But due to having too many toys and projects, time has come to let someone else enjoy it!
My buddy that does auto reviews of unique vehicles on YouTube made a video about my truck a few months ago, complete with a test drive. If you want to see detailed footage about this particular vehicle. take a look here: https:/ youtu.be/axJPOZ87U8g (Copy and paste link if you can"t click it.)
I have had it for about 18 months and had plans to build it out for camping/overlanding. Was going to do the whole thing: Bumpers, roof rack, wheels, tires, etc. Never got around to any of those fantasy mods. I have been way to occupied with work, keeping up maintenance around the house and my other vehicles. This LC100 is bone stock. A clean slate for you! (I did update the steering wheel to a Lexus type knock-off- very high quality though.)
This vehicle is SUPER smooth. No shakes, rattles or odd noises. I would feel comfortable hoping into this thing and driving it anywhere across the country.
Recent updates/ maintenance/ other notes: +Passenger Side Airbag recall performed at local Toyota dealer +New Delco Battery installed (Feb cold weather got to the old one) +Front brake pads and calipers replaced - driver"s side caliper was acting up (March 2021) +New weather tech mats installed and included- Front, rear seat and cargo area w/o 3rd row installed +I have a set of stainless heater tees that I can include in the sale. Too many projects to get around to preventively installing them. +Timing belt was last replaced in August of 2012. My local mechanic told me that should probably be done within the next couple of years but didn"t recommend it right away. +There is a slight imperfection/gouge on the driver door panel where the seatbelt may have been jammed slammed when closed +The body is probably a 9.5 out of 10 There are some really minor nicks and scrapes on bumper covers There is a slight ding on driver rear door, only noticeable when freshly washed and waxed No paint damage or oxidization Undercarriage / frame shows nearly no rust Skid-plates have some typical rust / paint bubbles. They are very heavy gauge steel though and would probably survive in the ocean for 100 years, so I wouldn"t worry about that.
*Reminder: this is a 2003 model vehicle-going on 18 years old. It"s not going to be perfect. You will need to do maintenance-that"s part of owning a classic car. I keep my of vehicles up to date and very clean. However, I cannot promise that I missed something or that something might need to be fixed in 2 months. This vehicle is being offered as a private sale as-is, no warranties implied or expressed.
That being said, everything works! Never given me any problems or trouble codes. This vehicle will last you YEARS and probably be the nicest, most solid, favorite vehicle that you will ever own.
3rd row is included and works, just do not currently have it installed (see pix) . I don"t have anyone riding around back there so, I have had them stored inside for the whole time I owned the thing.
I have the original steering wheel too, which if you want, I can include in the sale. The leather on it is pretty worn and needs to be re-covered. , Feel free to msg me with any questions. I work pretty much 7 days a week, so please be patient if it takes me a little bit of time to reply- I apologize in advance.
I am located just minutes from of Regan Washington National Airport (DCA). Fly in and drive away! Otherwise, I can help you arrange shipping. No, I will not sell the car for some low-ball offer outside of ebay. Do your research, and you will find that these vehicles are skyrocketing in value. I recently saw a low mile LX470 100 series sell for over $62K ! This one is definitely investment grade. $500 deposit due upon winning bid to confirm/hold sale.
US BUYERS ONLY. I cannot deal with international shipping and payment.
Good luck, and happy bidding.
