About this vehicle This 2002 Pontiac Firebird is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller"s Notes The car has just been gone thru by a certified mechanic and had a new battery put in and the plugs changed. Everything else was noted as functional Vehicle Details 2002 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am WS6 Collector Edition celebrating 35 years. This beautiful low mileage example is a second owner car. It's beautiful "collector yellow" paint is a real head turner! Add the T-Tops, 17" high polished aluminum rims, functional ram air induction and the raspy sound of the LS turning it's wheels and you have a car that satisfies every sense!. This was the last year they made the Trans Am in it's true big body raw form. They threw all the technology and engineering they had at this car and it made for a heck of an example!. I'll go into the build a little and if you have any other questions please message me. ! On top of everything that came standard, this T/A had the 1SA option group which included- • Ram air induction system • Functional air scoops • 17" high polished aluminum rims • P275/40ZR17 speed rated tires • Specific low restriction dual exhaust system • Specific tuned suspension • Power steering cooler • Remote compact disc changer, trunk mounted 12 disc capacity • Traction control • Hurst shifter The collector edition T/A came in convertible or T-TOP form. This being a 6spd manual, T-TOP version makes it one of 839. So excluding Canada and the ones that may have sadly ended up in the scrap yard they are becoming more and more rare. The car proudly comes with the original window sticker, shipping and inspection slip, the build sheet and the dealer catalogs from the original owners adventure to get it made.! I have some other literature as well that will come with it. During our time of ownership the car was taken care of in a climate controlled car barn with its brothers and sisters. It was started and driven when needed, went to some shows and had a full time mechanic watching over it. I'm not by any means saying it's perfect but it's a very clean and unmolested example!. Sadly our father and owner of this car has passed away and it's time to liquidate. It needs a new home and new adventures. We have a clean title in his name along with a statement of transfer to surviving spouse or heir form and lastly a state of Wisconsin death certificate to make an easy transition to the future owner.
