Clean 2001Jeep Cherokee XJ with less than 84,000 miles with no reserve. Very well maintained through the years. Not in accidents. Within the last 15,000 miles the front suspension and steering components were all replaced with Moog parts. The engine runs very well, no noises, starts right up every time. Always ran full synthetic oil and high quality filters (K&N), oil changes typically every 6000 miles. No engine faults. Has Banks stainless steel header and exhaust system front to back, including new cats and sensors. All new greaseable u-joints for driveshafts and front axle. New Optium Red Top battery. Transfer case and axles flushed and refilled with full synthetic fluids annually. Brakes are in great shape. AC just serviced and very cold. For cooling, 4 core heavy duty copper/ brass radiator ( no junk aluminum stuff here ). The Jeep XJ has the Classis package, original was a Sport model.
Interior in good shape, some wear and there is a tear on the side of the drivers seat shown in the picture. WeatherTech floor Mat front, rear seat floor and rear cargo floor. Retro sounds stereo with Kenwood subwoofer and 6 Kicker speakers. Full size spare tire and cover. The total interior has sound deadened mats applied door inners, floor pan, quarter inner panels. All interior lighting now LED, with green dash lighting to match radio.
Body is in good condition, there are dents & dings and scratches as shown in the pictures. When the Jeep XJ was not in use, it was stored, covered in a climate controlled garage. The high quality custom cover is included in the sale. The Jeep was Ziebart treated both for inner sheet metal panels and the underbody. The pin striping was hand painted. The hood has functional 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee louvers. Please see the pictures.
In addition, the original sales brochure and some small memorabilia from Jeep is included ( I had a long career history with Jeep manufacturing at the Jeep Parkway Plant in Toledo Ohio, now retired). Please see the pictures showing the items with the sale.
