Vehicle Details 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport 6cyl, 4wd and auto trans. Purchased new by a local business and used by just one employee until he passed away. After he passed, the vehicle was parked in the garage for several years. A 6 1/2 foot Myers Plow was installed when it was new and used lightly during the winter to plow the businesses parking lot. The plow was meticulously installed and its installation is quite impressive. I know the history of the vehicle since it was new. This Cherokee has all of its original paint other than the left rear quarter panel and Tailgate door. There was some damage to the tailgate and a small dent on the upper part of the quarter panel which was repaired (I do have pictures). There is absolutely no rust on the body panels including the rockers and wheel wells. There is minor surface rust on the bottom of the driver side door (see pics). Rather than undercoat the undercarriage to conceal anything I left it as is. The oil pan was replaced a few years back along with several brake lines and a fuel line. There is some rust around the transmission tunnel and front end components (no rot but some scaly rust). The Jeep runs and drives extremely well and everything works including the air conditioning. The interior is all original and nearly perfect. I did have the headliner replaced at a local shop. We have gotten it to the point where it can be enjoyed as is or taken to the next level. I have listed it with a fair price but please do not hit buy it now until you call myself or Ray. Cash or bank check will be excepted and we have a clean Connecticut title in hand.
