Vehicle description
This 2001 BMW Z3 2.5i is finished in beautiful Topaz Blue Metallic with a black soft top over tan leather, and power is from a 2.5-liter inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Features include power-adjustable heated seats, air conditioning, cruise control, a factory CD stereo, and a wind deflector. This Z3 has 81K miles and has the factory literature, a Carfax report, and a clean Oregon title. Equipment includes fog lights, chrome kidney grille surrounds, fender vents, and dual exhaust exiting on the driver side. Factory 16″ Style 55 wheels wear Dunlop SP Sport A2 tires. Braking is provided by discs at all four corners. Has power-adjustable heated seats are trimmed in tan leather with matching door panels, plastics, and carpeting. Amenities include air conditioning, cruise control, a wind deflector, roll hoops, a factory CD stereo, and power windows, locks, and mirrors. The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 155-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The 2.5-liter M54B25 inline-six is equipped with Double-VANOS variable valve timing and was rated at 184 horsepower with 175 lb-ft of torque when new. An oil change was recently changed. The Carfax report shows four owners, registration history in Florida and California. Vehicle shift excellent through all gears up and down and runs out excellent on the highway. Has lots of torque. Recently installed new tires. Fly in and drive it home, ready for the road. I’ve a walk around video and a video with it running down the road if needed. Thank you-no disappointments. Only selling because I purchased a C6 Z06. Please go to YouTube then type in 2001 BMW Z3 2.5L. That should get you to a 5 min video with me driving it on the freeway. There’s a web site called “Car Ship Guys” which I’ve used in the past which was pretty honest and very competitive on prices either enclosed or not enclosed. There are several others like USHIP, but just have to be careful with some of the offers that come in where they try to bait you with a low offer then when it comes times to ship they raise the price. My Zip code you will need is 97401 (Eugene, Oregon) its located at a residence but large trucks and trailers have access. Car does have a clean Oregon Title with current plates.
I’ve been asked about the top, it has an electric top which operates great. The control switch is located between the seats in the upper portion of the back wall. I wouldn’t hesitate jumping in this Z3 and driving it across the country, its very comfortable and very quiet inside for a convertible.
