Vehicle Details Engine: 4 cylinder (2L), B204R “HOT” with high pressure turbo, 205 factory hp. Transmission: 4 speed auto. Car runs and drives beautifully. I started work on this project car in 2017 and have been working on it ever since. I’m done now so looking for my next project car. Sadly, I only have room for 1 at a time. Things that have been done to the car since project start: Engine oil/filter has been changed regularly (Dexos full synthetic). Transmission has been flushed and refilled. New jalousie installed (what’s a jalousie?)Power steering and convertible top hydraulics flushed and filled with Pentosin CHF11S.Two keys coded to car. Most repairs covered on 316 Automotive (a YouTube channel).New convertible soft top from topsonline.com (Robbins Tan Haartz Twillfast Cloth). New 5th bow seal (unbelievably difficult to install).Convertible top hydraulic rams rebuilt by tophydraulics.com. New positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) system with technical service bulletin incorporated. Engine was flushed during this upgrade. New front axles including the RH inboard triad. New PFS steering brace and Taliaferro 6 point subframe brace. New interior (leather seats, carpet, pad, side panels etc).New Taliaferro cold air intake. New cat back Walker exhaust system. Cat honeycomb in great shape. New AC compressor and condenser. New radiator, all hoses and expansion tank. New oil lines and crush washers. Turbo removed to take care of all banjo bolts. Not for the mechanically faint of heart. New power steering lines and reservoir. New rear hubs and wheel speed sensors. Complete new front suspension along with new struts and shocks. New high output alternator. New brake pads and front disks. ABS module rebuilt by BBA-Reman. Alarm module rebuilt by Automotive Scientific. All 6 speakers new.
