Hello, I"m selling my BLACK on BLACK 1999 Jeep Cherokee that has a CLEAN CALIFORNIA TITLE. It just passed the California Smog Test this past year. As you can tell from the pictures this Jeep XJ is in really great shape for having 153k miles. This always has been my daily driver. The engine runs extremely strong and always starts up right away. I included 2 videos along with the 180+ pictures below. It has a custom 3.5 inch lift and an over spray paint job back in 2016. Also the new interior was installed in 2016 as well. There were new custom leather seats with cushions, new carpet, new floor matts and the floor pan was dynamatted. It also had a new stereo and speakers installed that I provided links for below. The paint shows for a Jeep thats 23 years old. It needs a color polish to be in pristine shape. The interior has been used for the last 5+ years. It needs a good cleaning but the leather is in good shape. The drivers seat show the wear of being a daily driver. [email protected] or use the contact seller option I"ve had repairs made the rear end, driveshaft, new exhaust manifold, transfer case repairs and other minor fixes. Please note that the pinion angle is slightly off and will eventually need to be fixed. But I"ve been assured that Jeep is completely safe and is an inherent problem with a Jeep XJ getting a custom lift. Because of this when the Jeep gets above 40mph you can hear a slight flexing when the XJ decelerates. IMPORTANT TO KNOW- THE RADIATOR HAS JUST BLOWN. A WEEK AGO THE RADIATOR BLOWN. My mechanic put some sealer in the radiator and the engine has never overheated. I immediately brought it in when it happened. This is the reason I"m selling the Jeep. The radiator needs to be replaced and the entire system needs to be flushed. I got some quotes for the repair and it was just too much to spend. From talking to my mechanic, if you"re a capable home mechanic you can buy a radiator for $150 and do the flush yourself and save money. This is why the bottom left front of the car is orange. It"s just the radiator fluid that came out.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW- This has nothing to do with the radiator but the engine light is currently on. Last month, the XJ needed the Crankshaft Sensor Replaced. It was replaced with the below part. The error code then came up which was PO442. My mechanic looked it over and did not see anything wrong with the EVAP system. It was still holding pressure. So this could just be a small sensor fix but this is for the new buyer of this Jeep to resolve. This doesn"t cause any driving problems, it"s just a sensor issue.
